    Tried emailing about help on getting a new unlock code for a phone that broke and was replaced under warranty and they were extremely rude and unhelpful.

    I would recommend staying away from them and using another company.

    We have a free replacement code policy for our customers in case of a replacement phone due to a defect, but most unlockers don't because they need to pay for the 2nd code.

    Let us know if you still need to unlock your Blackberry.

    We also have a free replacement code if your first phone needs to be exchanged because of a defect.

    We simply asked for receipt of previous order, but this guy were not able to provid any paypal payment receipt so we can not know he bought it from us before. If you provide the receipt we will be happy to do the replacement.
