I need an unlock service for my blackberry q10 that does NOT require the mep. I will need the msl code and the mep unlock code. I tried finding the mep in escreens to no avail. Network menu is disabled in sim card settings (thanks sprint) so I need to msl and it can't break my wallet. Thanks.

I've only ever used freemyblackberry.com I have no idea if they'll be able to help you or not but they do talk you through the process and offer alternatives.

I ordered an unlock code from freemyblackberry.com and a micro sim from simple mobile. The unlock code takes anywhere from an hour to two days, which doesn't matter since I can't unlock it without a sim card. Sprint has disabled the sim card menu, so the only way to bring up the menu for the unlock code is to insert a sim card from another carrier.

Foneszone.co.uk the best. You get the codes within a few hours. Used their service 5-6 times.

No. Sprint made it impossible to unlock this device.

I have been over this in other threads. The Q10 is NOT unlocked. The phone will NOT accept a foreign sim, it does not ask for the unlock code (which I have) when a foreign sim is inserted, and the sim card menu is disabled in settings. I also posted a screenshot in another thread showing the phone as network locked. So I'm not going to go over this again. Further comments about the Sprint Q10 being unlocked will be ignored.
