I am having issues unlocking model 9320 on PRD-44748-002 and PRD-44748-009

I have unlocked loads and all of a sudden some of the 9320 do not accept the codes?

Any ideas anyone? I have tried downgrading to Build 1319 and upgrading firmware to latest version via Blackberry Desktop Manager and tried the code still no luck.

Is there a Factory OS firmware that is already unlocked for 9320?

I have a Blackberry Code Calculator (there a so many out there) and have unlocked many Blackberry phones, one model being the Curve 9320. I have all of a sudden come across the same PRD-MEP combination and cannot unlock them using the Calculator - anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Vodafone PRD-44748-043
    O2 PRD-44748-009
    EE PRD-44748-002

These have always worked and appears the newer software that now come with the Curve 9320, the code do not work.

The O2 is 7.1 Bundle 2301 - I have one now and just tried and the code does not code - PM me and I'll send the IMEI/PRD/Unlock Code if you can assist me

    Thanks

I have also tried to unlock my Curve 9320. The IMEI number and PRD numbers are correct and the generated code did not work. I have put in Orange as my network provider. I have only 6 tries left. This is frustrating. Any suggestions. Orange won't release the code for at least six months after I have bought it from them. I am in limbo for the time being...

My apologies if I've missed this above, but instead of just using the IMEI and PRD, have you tried using your phones internal MEP to search for the unlock code as well? We usually have 99% accuracy with the IMEI and MEP.

Try freemyblackberry.com. They just unlocked a new 9320 for me. I blew up at them for taking 2 days to get the code, but they came through in the end and the code worked. It will cost you 20 bucks but it does work.

Your Blackberry phone is locked with a particular network and hence when you insert other networks...it asks for a MEP network code.To get it visit UnBBlock.com and specify the model, country, locked network of your phone.Based on the availability you can get the unlock code along with free instructions.

    BB CURVE 9320 - PRD-44748-002 - WHICH WAS LOCKED TO T-MOBILE

If the phone asks you for either a:

    1. NETWORK MEP CODE - (then use MEP2 Network MEP Code: 6473627553746659

    or

    2. SERVICE PROVIDER CODE - (then use the MEP4 Service Provider Code: 3923804598744670

    It will unlock

I have had this same problem. I have tried freemyblackberry.com and iunlockblackberry.com, paid for codes and the code didn't work. I also tried a local cellular shop and they couldn't unlock it either. I've had various excuses such as my phone is using the Blackberry direct database, or the phone is hard locked because someone reported it lost or stolen, yet it still gives me the MEP prompt, you would think that it wouldn't do that if it was hard locked. I've tried for two whole days to unlock this phone to no avail, burned 5 unlocking attempts, and checked the numbers over and over to ensure they are accurate. Both the above services gave me the same unlocking code, which doesn't work.

At this point, it's either switch to the original provider (Wind Mobile) or it's an expensive paper weight. If anyone here could help me I'd be very appreciative. I'll post my phone's info below.

    IMEI #: 356002055189381
    PRD #: 46872017
    MEP ID#: 29318-002
Unlock Network MEP2 Code Provided (which doesn't work): 4070460027358283
Service Provider MEP4 Code Provided (but "Service Provider" is disabled on my phone so I can't use it): 1161391019262204
    Country: Canada
    Network: Wind
    Model: Blackberry Curve 9320

    Here's what iunlockblackberry.com told me:

"Codes based on MEP and IMEI number are 100% correct codes, unless IMEI is incorrect...

Now since only Network is active you will need MEP2...Please take out
the battery for few minutes and than try to insert non original SIM
card and when phone goes back on carefully type code 4070460027358283
    ONCE only...

It is possible that your phone is hard locked as it is possible that
it was reported lost...If that is the case even correct code would not
unlock your phone as it will require unlocking through special
    software..."

    freemyblackberry.com said:

"The phone was then purchased after Oct/November 2013 and uses the Blackberry direct method.

Your phone uses the Blackberry database. You may either process the code through that database for $35 or receive a refund if you provide a picture of the *#06# IMEI and unlock code prompt. Please note that no other unlocking method will work."

This is the code I got from my calculator. Can't say if it is accurate or not.

    IMEI: 356002-05-518938-1
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    MEP Codes:
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    MEP: MEP-29318-002
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    MEP1 (SIM): 2547506500050541
    MEP2 (Network): 4070460027358283
    MEP3 (Network Subset): 2561257464301076
    MEP4 (Service Provider: 1161391019262204
    MEP5 (Corporate): 4550288641254117
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Try at your own risk.

Even the codes I generate are the same as you indicate.

Yep, same code. Tried it over and over, doesn't work.

Hmm... in what case would the MEP1 code be valid?
