Is it possible to do so? My girlfriend just bought a storm from a private party and she's trying to get it unlocked. We don't want to have to pay for this service and we're looking for an alternative. Thank you.

    We use T-mobile

Your IMEI is found in options --> status.

I know you prefer not to pay to get it unlocked. I didn't either, but after searching for a while and not finding anything, I eventually went on ebay and paid 4.99 to get it unlocked from Verizon. I have since used it on t-Mobile and also my home network in the Cayman Islands.

4.99 was well worth it considering they sent me the code within 5 minutes
