Okay so O2 have finally managed to resolve an issue that was causing them problems...
the first batch of latching codes they were releasing for the BlackBerry Curve were rogue. In essence they were faulty so be warned - dont try and use up all your 10 tries....contact them and sort it out.
But you will hve to deal with Customer Services, as surprise surprise, the Unlatching Dept dont have access to telephones....
