Does anybody knows which website to purchase unlocking code for my Globe Telecom (Philippines) carrier-locked BlackBerry Q10? I am quite hesitant to purchase again now because I was victimized by one of thousands of websites there who offers unlocking code. I placed my order, I paid $49 but I got no reply from them and nobody is answering the Toll Free number they have provided. Please help and thanks a lot in advance.

I purchased unlocking code at www.quickphoneunlock.com and it was very fast and reliable. Thanks for the suggestion KermEd. I have contacted CrackBerry first but they don't do unlocking anymore.

Yeah I found those guys based on someone's suggestions. when unlocking a q5 from koodo

Took a few hours to arrive but it was 20 or 25 bucks. Seems expensive but actually not bad for a bb10 device unlock.

Just make sure you don't need two unlock codes. I have read that some have two, BlackBerry and carrier

    Q10 with Telus on 10.2.1.2141

    They do need two

One for carrier and one for network. Same code can be used for both.

http://www.quickphoneunlock.com/ is cheaper (20) but I just got a TON of attitude from the guy running the chat - so just avoid chat.

Their email support team has been very responsive and helpful by comparison.

And with quickphoneunlock if you post in this forum and email them a link, they give a $5 rebate back for advertising for them, so a $15 price to unlock.

I'm trying Quick Phone Unlock Unlocking Made Simple. and for the IMEI number it only allows the entry of 15 digits. My Q5's IMEI number has 17 digits. What going on?

My phone is from Koodoo in Canada.

If you haven't already, contact your credit card company or paypal to file a complaint and start a charge reversal. Then go to a another site for purchase.

Try finding their support email on their site and shoot them an email, when I used them and they replied with the code and about the $5 rebate, they were pretty quick and responded within minutes when we emailed back and forth a couple times, I'd assume they'd respond quicker about a potential customer

@AdventSign: All BlackBerry 10 phones have 17 digits EMEI but only first 15 digits are needed for unlocking.

@MobileMadness02: I did contact my credit-card provider but they said it would take months to reverse because they need to contact the vendor and investigate first so I've considered the payment as donation to the scammers.
