    That's silly. AT&T sent me an unlock code after I requested one. If that got a user out of a contract, no carrier would provide the codes.

    Agreed. This isn't true at all. Otherwise unlockers such as myself would be charging a lot more than we were..we would be charging for getting out of contract services, and the unlocking solution would just be a bonus lol
