I have a Z10 that I am trying to unlock, however I do not know which carrier/provider I have. There is no logo on the boot screen. How do I know / can find out which provider my phone is locked to?

So there is no carrier logo physically on the device? Did it come in a black box? If so, maybe it was directly from BlackBerry, and if yes, should be already unlocked.

If there is a SIM in the device, and you power it on, it will use that carriers logo during the boot.

It does not have a logo on it. However the phone is not unlocked. And yes, the box is black.

Generally, you can try inserting a number of different SIM cards and seeing if one "connects".

There are some services floating around for iPhone owners to find out which network their phone is locked to but I don't believe any currently exist for BlackBerry's. The only service I know that runs a check on the phone is CheckMend, but that is more to do with finding out if the phone is blocked or not.
