How do you check if your device is unlocked, when I tried it said that the SIM card is locked and that the device is MEP locked?

    PLEASE!!!!!

    Use a Descriptive Title

This rule is simple; help us to help you. When you create your thread / post, think of it as if 'someone else' is reading it. With that in mind, make your subject lines related to the content of your post. Having a subject line of 'help' or 'now what', will not really help others later when they do a search for a particular issue. So, try to be a little more creative. Example: “My Q10 will not show myFaves icons” or “How do I use BB Maps on my 9930”

Your phone is not unlocked. If you did not buy it unlocked nor paid a service for the codes to do so, what would cause you to think that it might be?

Some carriers sell phones factory unlocked. Verizon is an example (when it comes to their LTE band 13 phones, at least.)

Not to say that's why the OP thinks his phone is unlocked, but some phones are supposed to come factory unlocked

It's locked. See that "Unlock Network"? That button shouldn't be there.

I bought mine from Verizon and it came unlocked. So it is possible.

Look at your screenshot and the one I posted. Notice mine has THREE specific "unlocks". Notice yours has only TWO of them.
If ALL THREE are not listed as unlocked the phone is STILL locked.

Right, if you look there is a button that says "Unlock Network ". This means it is currently locked.
