    Hi there,

i have purchased an unlock code from Unlock Kings - Mas Productionz for my 8900 on eT-Mobile (Austria). I have received 5 different codes. The first problem was that i didn't have 10 chances like some phones have it, but only three.
So i gave the first one which didn't work and than the second code which also gave me an error code. Now i am left with only 1 chance left to unlock the phone.
Does anyone know what happens if i input a wrong code for the third time???
Will my data be deleted or even the phone at all usable???

what would you do in my case?

pls help guys...i think i am in big trouble now

Your device will be perm. carrier locked if ya mess up again.

Go to a reliable unlocker, like Horizonwirelessonline.com or cellunlock.net or call T-Mobile and ask for it.

not even T-mobile will be able to unlock it even if i pay them 150Euro??? That's the cost they are offering me!

there is no way to reset it somehow?

i see that i am in deep trouble!!!!
may i ask you what you would if it were your phone:
-would you rather go the safe way and pay 150 Euro and let the T-Mobile guys do it or
-give it another try from the cellunlock.net

i am really mad now cause i wanted it to unlock the cheapest way and afterall it's causing me more trouble :P

Ok guys the problem is solved...it's unlocked
I contacted the guys from unlockkings and sent them the RIM info. At the same time I gave the IMEI to cellunlock.net to generate a code hoping the the two companies will send a simiar code. And it did so, the both of them sent a similar code which was correct.
Payed maybe more than usual but at least I didn't pay that 150 euro

    Thany for the help
    Cheers

Glad to see you got your Blackberry unlocked By the way, if the phone counter would of been at 0, we would of still been able to unlock it, but you would of had to send the phone to us.

NO Hype here, I have used Cellunlock.net for my 8900 and my friends Storm and they worked perfectly the first time around. Let the truth be told, you should have gone to them first.
