So I have been a Verizon customer for over 60 days and I tried to call up today and get the unlock code and the lady started giving me pricing for oversees and said that there was no way for that to be an option. She said there was no way to unlock my phone and use it oversees. I told her I was traveling for 3 months to Germany...should I call back later or pay someone to do it?

    Thanks cellunlocknet,

Never was able complain since it was a free promotion, but its even better now that I've got the unlock code and it works. Will be sure to look into your company with the next phone I need to unlock.

    Great!

No when you get to the Enter Network MEP code, you don't need to press ALT every time you enter a number.

What's important though is to press the Trackball or Enter as soon as you finished entering the code or else it can result in a code error. So you want to make sure the code is entered correctly as you're doing it.

If you need any assistance, you can email us as well or reply to the email we sent you with your questions

Yes you can, in order to remove the "Activation Required" message we will need to get the MSL code for your phone. Which provider is your Blackberry from?
