Mr. Prior purchased a unlock code from our company and paid with a eCheck, usually we don't process until it has cleared. But since we had never had one declined didn't think much of it. Well a few days ago it was declined and Mr. Prior refuses to remedy the situation stating he only made ONE PayPal payment and it went through even with the proof we submitted to him.

So be aware when doing business with him and DO NOT ACCEPT A eCheck from him.

Sorry to hear that Carrier, but we got burnt a lot of times and decided to never process orders that are paid with e-checks until they clear unless they are previous customers.

    Good luck getting reimbursed

hey Carrier (and other unlockers) just wanna say its pretty cool how you're looking out for each other... I mean I know you're competing business-wise, but still its awesome you're still looking out for each other (this is not the first thread I've noticed it on either)

Anyway Carrier, I hope you manage to resolve this... good luck to ya!

You will find the same in many specialist business areas with a relatively small number of players.

In my area of communications most of the "competitors" subcontract service work when necessary to cover availability and according to the location and specialist skills of the different engineers. We also share technical knowledge (anyone know the service password for a Mk3 xxxyyy?) and talk about clients, so if one company has problems getting paid that client will probably find nobody else will accept his work.

Yes we do and it's very healthy for the business. Most of us are in contact through email/bbm. We look out for each other
