I've unlocked my Z10 for only 20. My phone is from Rogers. It is legit. I think when the Z10 first came out, it was $40 as the device gets older I guess it gets cheaper. Hopefully CrackBerry can lower the price to make it competitive.

You should not have to pay for unlock codes. I'm in the UK and i just called my carrier (O2) and within 24hrs i had an email confirming the code and then they called me to talk me through the steps required. All for free. I just said i travelled a lot and would benefit from an unlocked device. They were happy to help.

I can definitely recommend Roam Galaxy. I got my code for a Z10 within 4 Hours.

I even made a mistake with the IMEI Accidentally, Sent an email and got a email reply within an hour. Customer service response was fast and helpful, i definitely recommend it for anyone looking to unlock their Smartphone BlackBerry or others.

Hands down, the cheapest and most reliable place to get your Z10 unlocked is Roam Galaxy. I got my code within 3 hours. I paid $20 for it. WAY better than paying Rogers $50 to do it. All you need to do is send them your IMEI number and that's it. SIMPLE!

There was a giveaway/contest from CrackBerry years ago and the site was www.cellunlock.net, which I won an unlock code and it worked. So I think that's enough proof that cellunlock is (or was) legit.

Original contest post: Contest: Win 1 of 500 free unlock codes for your BlackBerry from CellUnlock! | CrackBerry.com
Proof that I was a winner: Contest Winners: Cygnett Bold 9900 cases, unlock codes from CellUnlock.net, and Qmadix speakers! | CrackBerry.com

*edit: looks like cellunlocker.net is more popular after doing a Google search (very positive reviews) and it costs less I think
