Just doing some quick market research, if people could get back to me on this it would be excellent.

    1) How much would you say was a reasonable price to have your blackberry remotely unlocked?

    2) How long would you be willing to wait for your unlock code?

    3) Would you be willing to provide your own MEP ID code (if sotware reader and instructions were provided)?

    Thankyou very much

    1) Why pay for unlock codes, when you can get them for free.

    2) Unlock codes are generated within seconds.

    3) Free readers are available.

I was given a Blackberry Storm 2 today by a friend on Verizon who just switched to a Droid and I'm trying to get it unlocked to run on AT&T. I've talked to Verizon and they won't give me a code since I'm not a customer. My friend has called Verizon and they won't even give him a code. And I'm not entirely comfortable giving my paypal or credit card info out on the web to pay for an unlock code (no offense to those here that do that kind of business. sincerely)

    Can anybody help?

Unlock Code is 79951546. You might have to type MEPD in uppercase and make sure you have a sim card in the phone.

ok got past the first problem using the all caps varation. now i'm stuck getting past this step. did a quick google/you tube search - could it have anything to do with the Network being listed as Inactive?

Guys - keep in mind while CellUnlockNet is doing great favors for everyone (which just goes to show how amazing their business really is) posting IMEI numbers in the forums is against the rules. Keep that information on a PM level.
