    Is there anyway of unlocking it?

    I heard that u can reload the software, but it doesn't work

    If you entered the incorrect unlock code 10 times, you will need to take the BlackBerry in to a shop that does unlocking. They will need to use a USB cable and special software to unlock it.

    lak611 is correct and there is no user installable s/ware that will correct it.

    You have to go to a local shop that can cable unlock it.

    what is the technical term is it PUK unlock? Does any Unlocking shop know how to do this?? or only the very specialized pros know how?

    Technical term is hardlocked. Lol PUK is a sim card lock. Who has it? Whoever does. Just call anyone who sells or repairs phones.

    Yes there is and we would need the physical phone in order to do it.
