    I just received a Bell Z10 (verified with bell sim) and when trying to unlock it so I can use my Koodo sim it will not unlock, I have tried a few unlock companies, which both gave me the same code. I have video proof and plan to send it in once I get home from work but I have 1 try left and don't want to mess this phone up and not sure what to do now.

    I take it you haven't tried ten times, right? Maybe there is an issue with the device? Albeit odd. Have you tried http://crackberryunlocking.com/

    I am with bell and easily unlocked with crackberry unlock. But since you have tried with a couple of companies already, you might as well call bell up and ask them the unlock code. It's 75$

    Each BlackBerry has 10 unlock attempts by default. If you have 1 left, I'd have to question why you have tried 2 different codes 9 times to ensure they're not working. We advise our customers to get in touch at the first sign of trouble so we can help them through this type of thing, rather than jump in when there is little to no room to manoeuvre.

    It'll likely be the same situation here. I'd ensure that the codes you have were retrieved using the correct IMEI (*#06#) and the phones internal MEP. Once we've had that, the codes have never failed.
