    I tried searching but didn't see anything.

    I was on a chat with a CSR with Att about something with my bill and then I asked him about an unlock code for my Z10. He directing me to https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/ has anyone succeeded with this site?

    Did you buy your Z10 full price without contract? If so, when submit your request, do you need to submit proof of purchase? Thanks.

    I'm on contract, upgraded through Best Buy. I submitted the request the same day I started the thread yesterday.

    If I am not mistaken, you can not request unlock codes for on contract phone. It's clearly stated in the link you provided.

    However with that said, please do update us as I am interested to find out the result.

    I bought my BlackBerry Z10 from AT&T without a contract, i.e. full price. I signed up today to get the unlock code for it. I've already received the same email as someone else above, along with the I'll get the code in X hours...

    I entered my IMEI in the unlocking form, but it says 'currently this device may not be unlocked' but it allows me to enter the rest of the form and then submit it. I get the request number.

    Do you get this warning 'currently this device may not unlocked' when you enter the IMEI?

    I got the same warning and I still got approved. Not sure why but it did. Good luck and hope it goes through

    it's been 5 days since I got AT&T email that is the same as kidkamel posted. I checked the status, it says unlock approved, but 5 days has gone by and no unlock code yet...

    I would contact customer service let them know you got approved bug haven't received the code via email. Give them the reference number and your IMEI number and they will give it to you.
