    I am able to activate a BB DTEK50 or DTEK60 running on Android 6.x, but it is still impossible to activate a KeyOne or a Motion Device.
    Is a UEM patch out there?

    UEM Client Version 12.64.0.154750 updated on the Play Store as of this morning, although nothing was showing on the UEM server as an available update. My first activation on an Android 7.1.1 device with the latest UEM client was unsuccessful several minutes ago, and it looks like this issue is still occurring (black screen, work space deleted after an attempted activation).

    It's not a BB app update we are waiting for to fix this android 7.1 activation issue, but a Google app update, likely Google play services I would guess.

    Blackberry is claiming that this has been fixed in all versions except 7.1 https://support.blackberry.com/kb/ar...language=en_US however we have dtek 50s with 6.0 and they still have this exact issue even with everything updated.

    at this point I think our devices will get the 8.1 update before the fix is released.
