    I'm getting reports from one remote user that they cannot get their new iPhone 8 activated with the UEM or BES app. They get to the "Device Activated" screen and then it seems to stop. I don't see any device information on my admin web portal.

    Does anyone else have a similar experience? Any ideas on a fix? The user is running iOS 11.0.3

    Did he already go through the MDM profile and certificate installation?

    If so, I would suggest to remove the MDM profile from the device, delete the UEM client, restart the device and start from the beginning.

    I saw that happen on my system from time to time. Turned out I didn't have all the necessary firewall ports opened. Some new ports/IPs had to be allowed between BES12 and UEM. I just didn't check the documentation close enough.
