Look for Foppa themes, his are the best. I currently use Foppa 17 with no weather. Do a search in the forums for Foppa themes. You will not be disappointed!

    Hello and welcome to Crackberry!

You have the Free Tour Themes Thread (as posted above me)

The 9700 Free Themes Thread (same OS and screen size and resolution so they work on the Tour with 5.0 OS)

Or the Theme section of the app store for Premium (not free) themes

Themes BlackBerry Apps - Crackberry BlackBerry Apps Store

For the free themes use the OTA (Over The Air) links provided. Either go to the links above from your BB and click the OTA's in the forums to dl right to your BB. There are some that only have files that can be downloaded to your desktop and then installed using Desktop Manager or another application. The theme developer will normally let you know in the post if there is an OTA or only desktop files.

In the crackberry app store make sure to choose your device in the top left corner (signing in to your acct will do this for you not the same as signing into Crackberry though.) Also if you buy one it may not be sent to you for up to 24 hours (normally happens with int a few hours at the most though.)

I would also suggest reading the posts through to see what people say about them. There are definitely some unstable themes out there that can drain your battery or make your memory drop to the point your BB slows down. If you end up with one of those, it's not the end of the world. Simply delete it.

Also with any theme after installing it and activating it on your Blackberry, do a battery pull. While Blackberry is on, take out the battery for about 30 seconds, put it back in and let the phone boot up.
This allows your theme to settle in so to speak. You will also need to do this upon deleting a theme. All though most of the time the Blackberry will prompt you to reboot after deleting and sometimes after installing too. If it doesn;t prompt you...do it anyway.

Hope this helps and enjoy you Crackberry!
