It's not that I *can't* resize them myself... it's just that I am not that patient! And I can't find a 'batch process' option in Corel PSP Photo X2. I don't have PS right now.

The alarm icon does not interfere with the time, if you use 24 hour time

And in any case, just open the .thm file and mess with it to your content. That's why I provided the thm file.... so you guys could do whatever you wanted to it.

The issue with the not being able to jump up into the today area I think I figured out.. it has to do with the navigation model in the theme. I think I need to add the today area above every single icon in the dock so that you can jump up there no matter where your calendar is located in the dock.

Thats exactly it..when doing the navigation points make sure above every icon that today text is highlighted.
