is there anyone that can make me a theme that looks like this

THEMES FOR YOUR BLACKBERRY: colorful leopard bow. (bottom dock)

or similar. On this website you can get it but I do not have $5 let alone a paypal account so getting these theme is impossible for me. I know it may take a lot of work/time to do, but I would greatly appreciate it
