    No, there is not. Whenever a new theme is installed you will have to reorganize all of your apps. Just the way it is

    But, If you delete the theme, and then at a later time re-install it, the icons will be in the order you originally put them in...

    Does this apply to shortcut apps, too? Would we need to re-assign shortcuts if we change themes?
