So what is the general concensus on this topic? Are 8900 themes compatible with the 9600 Tour as long as the theme maker used the newest version of plazmic?

You need to be running OS 5.0. But, I have noticed that the theme's do have some bugs. For example, I noticed the mail icons don't always work properly.
Themes will work for both the 8900 or the 9630 IF you are running a 5.0 OS AND if the 8900 theme was made with the Patched version of Plazmic. There are also themes like EThemes's Android Hero that will work for the 8900 and the Tour no matter what OS. He stated he had a beta release of Plazmic to make his work but i have also made themes that will work for both devices on all OS with the current version of Plazmic by creating the theme a certain way. I am waiting on some more Beta Testers for it before i release mine but so far all has worked.
