I download the theme Windows 7 96XX - OS 4.7 from crackberry tonight. I have no icon for BBM now?? It does still show in the applications?? Can anyone tell me what I can do? I had someone BBM me and my phone doesn't even light up like I got a message anywhere? I am so confused!!

Oh and also I have the 9630 not the curve. Thanks for any help!

Did you check all of your folders? Different themes place them in different locations.

Yes I did can anyone tell me what the icon should look like? I can't believe if it is on the phone that I am not getting an led light up when I recieve a bbm which I'm not.

If it was on the phone before you installed the theme, then it's still on the phone. It's real easy to find out. Just go to Options> Theme on your BB and switch back to your a default theme and see if it's there.

If it shows in applications, then it's installed.

Different themes use different icons for BBM, so unless someone has your theme, it will be hard to tell you what the icon looks like.

Hey! I just tried to BBM ya too. Did you try changing themes back to a different one? Make sure you didn't delete it? Otherwise I'll look @ on Monday!

My bbm to ya still isn't showing checks, just the round clock thing. I bbm'd Ash and it went straight through to her.

Okay went back to original theme no bbm icon?? But it still is in the applications?? I loaded the blackberry desktop manager and my first tour totally freaked out ....had it replaced friday night...today I hooked the new tour up to desktop manager now I am missing bbm again!

maybe its hidden, try doing options show all. I had a similar problem once when i used a new theme, it was hidden for some reason.

I've done a battery pull, and I don't have any hidden icons...currently waiting for blackberry tech support at uscell. will let you know what they say

Did you try resending service books like I suggested? It could be as simple as that.

Since its bbm just go to app world and reinstall it.. delete first from applications list then reinstall
