i spoke with verizon a day after getting my first tour due to a really hot battery, and they asked how i liked the tour i said other than the battery being really hot and the loose battery door i love it, they told me theyd be willing to swap it out at no cost (obv), but i had to send it back anyways 3 days later the phone would freeze while trying to dial with bluetooth on. so i dont really care about a loose battery door especially since i got a case for and the second one fits nice. isnt a screen ripple normal for lcd/hd screens though? my computer has lcd/hd screen and has a minor ripple if you press on it. its still a great phone.
