    for some reason my 9630 is no longer ringing I have tried to adjust the volume for ringer it will vibrate what do I do?

    do any sounds work? Could it just be the speaker has died?

    If it's a software issue, have you tried a hard reset of the device?


    Sorry but the only other thing I would know to try... would be to reload the OS.
