    when i go to try the video camera it says to record a video insert a media card. i have a media card in there.... wtf

    can you access other files on the memory card ? maybe it needs to be formatted ?

    Is your BB set to limit device memory usage and so that all of your pictures/videos/music save to your card?

    I was just gonna say to check to see if the media card was installed because my sisters tour said the same thing and hers didn't have a media card installed. Lucky for her Verizon customer service sent her out one in the mail.
