Why am I getting 200+ emails on my phone a day from postmaster and mailer_deamon? I have not e-mailed the hundred of email addresses to get a failed delivery response anyways. If you do not know this answer and how to fix it I have another...

How can I delete multiple emails at a time without deleting my entire inbox or at least some of my prior emails?

Sounds like someone has hacked your email. You need to change your email password.

To delete multiple emails, press your right shift key and scroll to highlight, press BB key and delete.

My parents had this happen and the hackers added emal addresses to their account. Their email provider had me switch their password and we deleted the new addresses and everything was fine. The op's problem sounded identical to my parents so I shared the advice.
