I absolutely love my new Tour, but I am dealing with an issue of my headphone jack not working correctly. Obviously, I want to have this taken care of ASAP, but I'm wondering when everyone thinks the best time is for me to trade it in for a new one? Im trying to determine how long I should wait before the newly produced tours with some of the hardware and mechanical issues (battery cover, flex in lcd) that have corrected by RIM have been sent to VZW. I also don't want to wait too long because I would rather receive a brand new phone instead of a refurb. When do you think the right time would be?
