you download the .230 (from bbleaks) then load it on your phone using DM

well actually before you do that you should be able to download the 191 radio and then find the thread on bbhybrids.net and switch the radio and load everything though app loader

You should use bbsak to wipe your phone and install through apploader (via bbsak). That proves to be the quickest and easiest way for me.
