    What exactly is the procedure for exchanging a defective Tour (trackball issue) with a new or refurbished one?

    Do you have to send your old berry back to Verizon (in which case people with 5.0 have to revert back to 4.7). Is it just a call to customer service and you keep the non-working Berry?

    Outside of the first 30 days you get a refurb'd unit. Yes you have to return the old unit. As for the OS, it is advisable to put the offical on the device.
