I am assuming every part of Sprint is closed right now, the guy completely screwed up. And since I have been through ALL of this crap. And am stuck with 3 brand new phones and my Tour is "already active on someone elses account and the ESN is locked" if they do not give me this phone free and wipe my balance and fire this ******* that is going to end up costing me my job, I am cancelling.
I went to sprint.com, this tour is on my damn account. I tried to put my pro back on but it says thanks for choosing to activate your bb online, please call activations or whatever.
I have my MSID and all of that, does anyone have the programming code since its on my account just not programmed so I at least have a phone?
