you can get any OS software from BlackBerry's site. When I need an OS that I don't already have, I was just type blackberry.com/oops and then select device software and follow it to the software that you want.

I did but after i download it to my desktop i just plug in the usb and and sync it to my blackberry?

Well upgrade but I realize i had 1675 and it had .1030 so I guess its the latest if im not mistaken but I do need help with an issue. Why does my tour keep rebooting by itself? It just cuts off by itself.
