My receipt/order confirmation email did not show a delivery date. What date is the Tour supposed to arrive. Some have said as early as July 13-14 is this correct?

on the page it states that orders are expected to start shipping on the 13th.. so that would mean the 14th or later.. more then likely not sooner..
the 12th is a sunday, obviously no shipping. you will probably see your phone on the 14th, or 15th at the lastest if everything goes smoothly which i think it will
Finally got mine pre-ordered this morning after a few conversations with a CSR, online chat and 2nd CSR (all were great to deal with) all three told me that since I ordered it before 4:30 today that it would be shipped out Monday and get here on Tuesday. I then asked all 3 "do you mean this coming Monday or Monday the 12th like the website says?" All 3 replied "this coming Monday."
Not falling for it or getting my hopes up and I don't expect to see it until at least the 14th but, wouldn't it be great if early? A person can dream can't they!

Also I noticed something last week as kind of weird as well:
I'm waiting for a call from Executive Relations who granted me an upgrade 5 months early. When I talked to her last Tuesday (6/29) she said "I'll call you when we roll it out to put your order through. So I'll give you a call back in about a week."
I said ok fine, but when I thought about it later I'd realized that the release was closer to 2 weeks away. So naturally I'm not really expecting a call during early next week, and was just going to call her back on the 12th to ensure my order is put through.
BUT if your guys' phones do ship out early I'll give her a call early next week.
Online order availability/shipping is based upon warehouse stock (much more than in store stock), I would imaging a good amount of our pre-orders will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
Even if the phones were in stock they probably wouldn't be shipped out before the 13th. I am shocked that three reps told you it would shipped out this Monday. That would be awesome, but highly unlikely.
Click pre-order button. It leads to product page. Live chat button should appear at the top of the page. If it does not, reload page and it should eventually pop up.

apparently to one verizon rep today they told me that upgrades werent available. Then my local store said they were. Yet i still can't upgrade mine....
As a female....I don't even want to be posting in this thread...but I will anyway....it's contradictory to say the Tour will ship out on the 13th but that those who pre ordered "will get the Tour first". The stores are releasing them on the 12th, so those who pre ordered will only get them first if they're shipped the week before. It'd be brilliant of VZW to ship the pre orders this week. It'd make it SO worth pre ordering!
