    You can try SUPER. It's free and fairly easy to use. I've also used Nero.

    The best software I have used to date has been by Xilisoft. There's another knock off company with a similar name so make sure you spell it right. They have a program that converts every kind of video imaginable.

    I have this BUT, it does not do 480 x 360 for the newer blackberries. It only does up to 360 x 240.

    I also use super. Like he said, its free and works well. Every now and again I will get an error while converting but its not common.

    DVD Fab mobile...I use DVD fab for ah hem, "backing up" regular dvd's...they have a "mobile" version that you can back up to ipods and phones

    Handbrake is excellent and free. Just make your own preset for the correct resolution. I believe the most recent release is 64 bit as well. You will also need VLC for handbrake to work (also free)
