I called tech support and they said they wont replace it over the phone and that i had to go into the store. So i go to the store and the girl was like well have you set the sensitivity to 90. i said yes and told her the phone was almost unusable when it was on 90 cause it was stupid fast and went everywhere. so 30 mins later a diff lady walks over with the phone and says ok we fixed it.. i changed the setting to 90.. i told her that wont fix it.. sure enough when shes standing there its working fine!!!! i get home and its Fing up like crazy again..

    this is stupid

I read on other threads that the techs in the sprint store are instructed to do a device replacement if adjusting the sensitivity doesn't work. I would go back to the store & insist it be exchanged.

If your phone is less than 30 days old, call sprint and ask them to send you a replacement phone, tell them you already went to the store and nothing they did worked... They'll send you a phone overnight or 2nd day =]
