    Okay so I've been having problems with my trackball today and had problems scrolling down I tried smashing the trackball downward etc. etc. sooooo when I finally got tired of the damn trackball not working I figured wth I got Rubbing Alcohol and a q tip put alcohol on the q tip and moved the trackball up and down with the q tip and BAM lol my trackball started working LOL idk what made me get rubbing alcohol but I did. Anyone try that ?

    Just curious Hoopzkid, why go through the trouble and frustration?? Just return and get a new one. I am extremely pleased with the replacement unit I received.

    yeah that's a mighty old fix back from the days when the 8330 first dropped Good thinking though!
