Trying to get weatherbug elite working on my tour. The icon does not update. Ever. It never has. I'm hoping it will one day.

I've contacted their tech support who advised me to:

"Make sure compatibility mode is disabled.

Go to options.
Go to advanced options
go to applications
highlight weatherbug
open the full menu <-----huh?
select disable compatibility mode"

I don't see how to open a full menu there, or any mention of compatibility mode in around near or thereabouts the options menu.

For what it's worth..the free version of Weatherbug works fine on my phone. I like it so much I'd like the extra features of the paid version.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated getting this thing working.
