I'm running 5.0.0.591 and my phone is set to vibrate but if someone calls me it will still ring. and then when I end the call it rings again with a different ring tone. Last night it was even just randomly ringing for no reason.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HEre is what you need to to do.

in profiles go to set contact alert.

Each person that has a special ringtone, will need to change the setting under phone.

Play sound is default to always. Change to active profile

Call VZW at #611 and thank them for such a terrible 5.0 build! I have and think we all should.

It is not a 5.0 issue. 4.7 did this for me as well. 4.7 did not have the option to change it that I was aware of.
