    I spent a very long time today with Verizon Tech Support trying to figure out why I can't connect my Tour with VZ AM using Bluetooth. Constantly getting Hardware errors. I can connect sometimes using the usb cAble only. Has anyone been able to connect over bluetooth using the new VZ AM?
