    This Tour is my first BB so I don't know if this is a common issue or not.

    Everyone I call says I sound muffled or slightly muted when using this phone. The mic doesn't seem sensitive enough.

    Is this a Blackberry thing, or is there something wrong with my phone?

    Not normal. try a battery pull and if it doesn't work, call sprint and ask for B support

    Well, some on this forum have suggested the idea of switching hands. Could always see if that works.
