Hello, How do I get a notification symbol on the screen that tells me I have a new voice mail? Or at least something sent to my message box. I am using a Tour now.

You will get a text message from the provider when you get one.

The symbol is pretty obscure - it looks something like a cassette tape... kind of two small o's connected by a line. It is small.

If you're getting no notification of voice mail messages you will need to call your voice mail number, go through the options until you find "turn message waiting indicator on."

i've seen phones that accidentally have this feature off.
