I have searched but can't find the answer. Plenty of threads discussing problems with but I think I need a how to for dummies.
I want to sync my lotus notes calendar (only) at work with my new Tour.
Please give me the basic steps and I will work forward from there.

if you aren't using your BB for corporate email, will have to connect your phone to your computer to sync your calendar. I have a buddy who just did this. You will need to install "m.Notes" onto your computer...just ask your IT guy to hook you up. It's pretty intuitive.
