Please forgive me if my post is a rehash of something. I just got my first BB today. I searched the forum and didn't find anything that could help.
My VVM does not push to my phone. If I get a voicemail, I have to go and click "resync mailbox" to get the message on my phone.
notes:
-VVM was not installed on my phone when I got it, I had to go DL the app. I have tried reinstalling the app, that did not work.
-I am subscribed to VVM with verizon.
-I have pulled the battery and tried a hard reset.
-Under options or advanced options, VVW does not show up anywhere.
