the aol email on my phone has been down since 12 pm
eastern.. just called verizon they said it was BB issue
affecting certain customers they're working on it
It does not really matter what happened. From time to time, the system "crashes" and certain elements of the system, often restricted to certain geographic regions, is impacted.
For the record, I've been getting email just fine here in the Southwest.
