How does it work? I've never done it before. Do they activate the phone under you then switch the lines and reactivate your current phone?

I don't think I'm going to get the Tour because I can't afford to pay for the data plan every month. So I figured I'd let my sister use my upgrade to get the Pearl Flip b/c her's isn't up till Feb and she doesn't like her EnV 2.

correct. her contract will not be extended, while yours will be when she uses yours.
