    I am unable to upgrad my phone to the newest OS available although the icon is present.

    Current Specs:
    BlackBerry� 9630
    smartphone (3G, CDMA)
    v4.7.1.57 (Platform 4.1.0.70)

    Im on the Sprint Network with the Blackberry Tour 9630. Could anyway please provide some advise on how I can upgrade?

    plug your phone into your pc or mac. open up desktop manager and it should prompt you to upgrade to the newest "recommended" software for your device. make sure you back everything up first!
