Okay.. I installed 5.0 last night and had a few problems. I tried to install the backup that I saved previous to that but when I go to look at the applications that I have I still see "5.0.0.23" and all the applications are still 5.0? My phone also keeps restarting also which is very frustrating. What should I do?

CORE applications: all say 5.0

update: When I did this BlackBerry 101: How to Reload the Operating System on a Nuked BlackBerry | CrackBerry.com only thing that came up for STEP 3 was "I love blackberry APP".
