I recently bought a brand new Verizon 9630 Tour unlocked, and am using it on the Rogers Network. For some reason, anyone who calls me, it displays "unknown number" for both landlines and cellular users.
Has anyone had this problem and found a solution? Or do I need to contact Rogers directly? Please help...not knowing who is calling you can be very irritating!

Are you paying for Caller ID?

Canadian phone companies will charge you for it, like $7 a month.
